Caesar Visual Style

Caesar VS port

*note: Sorry guys, this theme for WinXP is not completed yet and may never will be. I just got my new laptop and there are no drivers support for WinXP, so I'm forced to use Vista and could not continue to complete this Caesar VS. However, I will make new themes for Windows 7 once it's out (or maybe will port Caesar theme too).

Things that havent's been done on this Caesar VS
- The close, maximize and minimize buttons. (It suppose to turn gray once you move your mouse over it, but instead it is blue)
- Scroll arrows and buttons
- Radio buttons and Check buttons have not fixed yet
- Styler skin for Caesar
- This is all I can think of now, they might be more.
